How to rent a portable power bank?
  • Use your phone to scan the QR code on the charger station and follow the simple instructions to complete the rental.

  • Take the popped-out portable power bank and charge your phone on-the-go!
How much does it cost to rent an Greencharge+ power bank?

Our rates vary depending on agreements with partners and landlords, so please check the screen for the specific station's rate. Max AED 35 per 24 hours, if not return the power bank in 72 hours will be charged AED 99.

Billing and Payment Confirmation

After you enter your bank card information, the bank will perform a pre-authorization verification and will NOT actually deduct the money from your bank card. The charge is based on the actual usage time. You can check the billing on the website anytime, and the payment will be collect after you return the power bank immediately, then you will receive billing via email within 1hour.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel the service, you just need to return the power bank to any one of GreenCharge+ device in UAE, you can check the billing in order details, and the payment will be collected via recurring billing.

The system shows 'rent successfully', but the power bank doesn't pop out.
  • lt might be caused by the weak connection of your network, please wait for another 2 minutes.

  • lf the power bank is stuck, the sensor in our devices can realize the problem automatically, and our system won't charge you.

  • For any other scenario, please feel free to contact our customer service center at +971 585820520.
What should I do if the power bank doesn't work?
  • Please check if the switch on the side of the power bank is "ON"(the ON/OFF button is either on the top side or bottom of the power bank).

  • If it's not the reason described as above, please return the power bank to the charger station to avoid payment.

  • After return the one that doesn't work, you can scan the QR code and rent another power bank
What should I do if the system shows "Rental Failed" ?
  • It might be caused by weak connection/internet, most of the time the issue can be fixed by restart the charger station. After the two lights on the charger station are on, you can rent or return the power bank successfully.

  • If the problem cannot be fixed after a restart, you could search for another spot to rent/return the power bank through Greencharge + App
Is Greencharge + power bank safe to use?

Greencharge + devices are certified by UL/FCC/CB/KC/ROHS/UN38.3/NBTC/CE. Therefore, our products are safe and won't harm your mobile phone battery.

How to return the power bank?
  • Insert the power bank according to the "insert" sign and push it back to charger station.

  • If your Notification setting is on, you will receive the bill, and you can just follow the instructions to make the payment, and the transaction will be closed.
What should I if the order status is still on-going after I return the power?
  • lf this happens when the two lights on the charger station are on, the issue is likely caused by inserting the power back in the wrong direction. Please take out the power bank and re-insert it according to the insert sign or call our customer service center at +971 585820520.

  • The two indicators of the cabinet are off or blinking: the indicators are off or blinking, which means that the cabinet is in a disconnected state and the system cannot receive your return instruction.

  • You left after returning the power bank, and are currently not on site, please contact customer service for processing.
What should I do if l lose the power bank?

If you don't return the power bank within 72 hours, the system will automatically deduct your security deposit.

What should I do if the charger station doesn't have an available slot for me to return the ← power bank?

You could search for another spot to rent/return the power bank through Greencharge + App.

How do I get my refund?
  • Generally pre-auth amount is hold for 1-3 mins and then reverse to your bank account, you will receive message from your bank. But few banks it takes longer time, as it totally depends on customer's bank
